How do I know what size frame I need?

In order for you to find this out, you will have to measure the photo, picture, etc. The size may be given in metric (cm) or imperial (inches) and must be exact. All our frames are cut 3mm/4mm over the size given to ensure snug fit and easy removal. We obviously can cut frames to exact specification if required.

Can I get samples?

We are more than happy to supply sample boards of our frames and mounts. There is a charge of € on these samples which is fully redeemable on any subsequent purchase over €200.

Are all of your products in stock?

Yes, all of the materials for our products are currently in stock unless otherwise indicated.

Can I get a frame that is not available on your website?

We have a comprehensive range of mouldings available over and above our stock range but due to the necessary economies of scale, order quantities must require at least the footage of a full box. Delivery time will be confirmed on request.

Do you have a returns policy?

Due to the fact that we produce our orders on an individual basis we are not in a position to accept returns. If however an error has been made by ourselves we will rectify the situation free of charge.

How do I set up an account?

Simply fill out the form provided.

Please be advised that initial orders must be a minimum value of €150 net and are strictly on a pro-forma basis. Subsequent orders will carry 30 day credit.

Urgent orders

If you require an order within the five day lead time we will deal with that on an individual basis. We are more than aware of deadlines that our customers and indeed potential customers face and every endeavour will be made to accommodate you. Please note that all urgent orders faxed or emailed must be followed by a direct call to us at 01-8270390.

We at Regency Frames pride ourselves on our short delivery times with a success rate of over 96%. We do however acknowledge that there are times when these deliveries may be compromised and we would appreciate your patience and understanding on these rare occasions.

Damages

All damages must be reported within two days of signing for. Once notified we will arrange for the uplift and replacement of all breakages F.O.C.
